Our Corporate consulting and counselling activity consists in three centers of expertise:

1. Corporate Mediation

  • Inter and Intra-company Mediation : Our mediators are trained and experienced. They apply the “Code National de Déontologie du Médiateur” (Mediator’s Ethics National Code), and have subscribed a RCP insurance
  • Creation of tailored “Mediation Poles” : Actual area within the company where we aim to solve a conflict with confidentiality and discretion.

2. Audit and management of Psychosocial Risks (PSR)

  • Audit on social climate : We measure the atmosphere and the social climate on the workplace, and identify the company’s dysfunction that can be relation, structure or strategy related. Then we are able to bring tailored and adjusted answers to solve the issue. All our surveys are conducted face-to-face, and are complemented by an on-line survey conducted with the help of EVAL AND GO, offered free of charge to our clients.
  • We perform a deep diagnosis on the Psychosocial Risks and elaborate a system to prevent these risks :risks, related with the various operators of the company (managers, HR, Hygiene Committee, Work Health Services, etc.)
  • Benchmarking : Analysis and comparison of the conflict solving methods used by carefully selected companies, in order to build a reliable and efficient tool, tailored and adjusted to the company.

3. Counsel and follow up for all corporate operators

  • Coaching and follow up counselling for managing personnel : in order to enhance their leader status in their activity
  • Counsel and strategy development : in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring operations. We operate in close collaboration with the parties (General Manager, HR, Social Partners, Managing teams, Employees, etc.)
